Truly memorable overall experience. Modern place, clean room. Location near Knightsbridge and Mayfair, and London. For shots visit Holsteins, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. Exceptional meals. Their service was impeccable!

The large room included a fantastic fruit basket and a lovely birthday cake surprise, showcasing attention to detail and thoughtfulness. The spa and pool facilities provided an excellent escape for relaxation. Dining options included superb USDA prime-aged steaks, but lacked variety in other selections.

Couples looking for a luxurious getaway
I treated my wife to a few days at this new spot, and let me tell you, the service was off the charts. They even dumped a fruit basket in our room and served us cake to celebrate her birthday, talk about thoughtful.
Sure, it wasn't cheap, but I found it acceptable considering the experience.

The culinary delights here were off the charts, especially the Michelin-starred Brooklands and Canton Blue, proper tasty vibes! Plus, the room service was spot on, with fruit and treats for the kids. The spa was lush, the pool area a fab escape.
Had a little hiccup with the toilet in room 611 and some cleanliness concerns. The gym had a funny smell. Response from staff could've been quicker, but the overall experience still shined.
